FAQ's

When will my item be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 4-10 days. We try our best to get it as soon as we can! We recommend you refer to the tracking once it is sent to you. 

Can I return my item?

We hope you Absolutely LOVE our products and continue shopping with us.  Our goal is to provide our customers with the ABSOLUTE BEST! 

In the event that there is a manufacture defect on your item, you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. We do NOT accept returns on special orders, pre-orders, or custom items. Returns sent after the 14 days and without contacting us will NOT be refunded. A 15% restocking fee on any item returned due to "change of heart", "did not fit", or "not quite what I expected" will be charged and a store credit will be issued. To avoid the restocking fee you may most definitely do an exchange for another item or receive store credit. Like we mentioned, you MUST contact us within 14 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.  Any return must be in "new, unaltered, and unused condition" (no signs of wear or damage, within 14 days, and not a custom order).  At our discretion after 14 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only.   If an item is received damaged or is shipped incorrectly by us please contact Us immediately.   Please do NOT return an item without contacting our Returns department first, we will not accept the item and a refund or store credit will not be offerred with out contacting us first.

Absolutely NO refunds on Custom orders, *Pre-Orders*, or orders purchased with a discount of 20% or more.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable, return shipping are paid by customer too.  Returns are processed within 5-8 business days after item is received. Please Do NOT return an item if the above criteria is not matched, our returns department will not accept it. 

Do you take wholesale orders?

Do you offer discounts?

We sure do! Make sure to follow us on ALL social accounts, plus make sure to sign up for our email lists. We offer exclusive deals for you. We DO NOT offer refunds on previous orders if a sale is announced. 

How do your t-shirts run?
